GLOBAL YOUTH CAMPAIGN

On behalf of Cristina Albertin, UNODC Representative for South Asia

Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to share with you our latest web story about the visit of Ms Rani Hong and a team of students from America to India as part of a 'Youth Leadership Development' program initiated by the Tronie Foundation, USA . Established by Trong and Rani Hong, the Tronie Foundation supports survivors of human trafficking and creates advocacy about this crime. The aim of the trip was to enable the team to interact with children who have been through difficult circumstances such as trafficking and child labour, share their learning with other youth and spark off a dialogue around the subject.

To know more about the team's efforts to create awareness about human trafficking, read our latest web story - India: Second generation of survivors carry the message of anti-human trafficking
